If you have a property you would like to rent out to tenants on any of the islands Utropia works with, you can already do so via most of the brokers on the site. But very soon, we intend to open up Utropia for individuals to list as well! Later in 2023 (we will announce dates soon), you will be able to sign up as "landlord" and create up to 3 rental listings.
